Spearheaded by founders, Michael and Wes Johnson-Ellis, affectionately known as TwoDadsUK, these dedicated fathers, who have embarked on their own parenthood journey through UK Surrogacy, have formed an inspiring team committed to championing awareness and enacting positive change.

Rihannah Leech-Ratchford –Patient Services Manager:
As our Patient Services Manager, Rihannah manages our team of friendly and knowledgeable advisors who guide our patients through their fertility journey. Her warm and empathetic approach provides patients with the necessary support and information to make informed decisions about our available treatment options.
Paula Lynch – Fertility Nurse and Midwife:
Paula, a highly experienced and skilled clinical practitioner, brings expertise and knowledge to patients of Manchester Fertility. Michael Johnson-Ellis is Dad to Talulah and Duke, step Dad to Katie, and husband to Wes. Since having children Michael changed his career from a stressful city job, to being an award winning Surrogacy advocate, supporting those who are struggling to conceive or are from the LGBTQ community, and dream of parenthood. Michael blogs and documents his life as a parent via TwoDadsUK® on Facebook and Instagram.
